Disclaimer: These are handmade, custom 1/1 art toys - the eyes are vinyl / painted on and sealed with varnish to ensure lasting quality but please handle with care if you never want to unintentionally damage your Kilos Kewtie! Also limit sun exposure as clear resin or any vinyl figure will amber overtime when getting consistent and direct sun exposure

1. Each Kewtie is one-of-a-kind – no two figures will ever be exactly the same. I can create a design that’s inspired by a previous one, but I can’t recreate the exact placement of every element. That’s part of what makes these special! You’re welcome to choose custom fillers, but please note that I don’t have control over where they land inside the resin — things can shift while the piece is curing. That unpredictability is part of the magic and uniqueness of each piece. Anatomy kewpies brains and intestines are hand sculpted. If something is very clearly misplaced in the casting i will always recast and be sure i’m personally delivering what i feel to be my best work !)

2. There’s a $30 non-refundable customization fee on top of the base drop price, which ranges from $55 to $85 depending on the figure. That fee covers the extra time, materials, and studio days I dedicate specifically to your piece. Turnaround times can vary, but I’ll always do my best to give you a realistic estimate based on my current workload.
3. Shipping details – I cover domestic shipping. If you’re in Canada, it’s a $20 flat rate, and $25 anywhere else internationally. If you ever decide to return the figure, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping, and I’ll refund the drop price only, not the custom fee

4. You’ll get photos of the final piece before I ship it out — unless you’d rather be surprised! Once it’s ready, I’ll send over USPS tracking as well so you can keep an eye on your Kewtie’s journey
5. Care disclaimer – These are handmade, one-of-one art toys. The eyes are vinyl, painted and sealed with varnish for durability, but please treat your Kewtie gently to avoid any unintentional damage. Try to keep it out of direct sun for long periods — resin and vinyl can amber over time or lose glow strength if exposed to too much UV.
